A couple years ago we did have a catastrophic failure. We lost all of our data and we had to rebuild our exchange server and our database pretty much from scratch. We really didn’t want to have to be in that situation again - where we had to do something like that, so that was one of the main reasons we decided to go with an online backup. I was listening to the radio and I heard about one of Mozy’s competitors, I did a little research and found Mozy. For a few different reasons, price and service we decided to go with Mozy over the competitor. What probably we like best about MozyPro is that it’s really easy for us. It’s something that doesn’t involve any ongoing effort on our part. I would definitely recommend Mozy to anyone that’s looking for a backup solution. It’s way, way, way easier than doing tapes or doing USB swaps, like we were doing. It’s way less expensive than doing tape backups because that’s very costly. Mozy has been spot on with the service that we have received both customer service and the actual product that they have delivered as far as online backups.
